WoW Forever Warrior Talent Calculator

The three Warrior capstones are the same as in Classic: Mortal Strike, Bloodthirst and Shield Slam, so Mortal Strike is still a talent rather than a trained ability. The changes sit lower in the trees.

Arms trades Classic's four weapon talents (Sword Specialization, Mace Specialization, Axe Specialization and Polearm Specialization) for one talent, Weaponmaster, whose bonus depends on the weapon you hold. It also adds Spearing Strike and Bloodthrill, which opens Overpower on targets with your Rend, and Improved Slam moves over from Fury.

Fury gains Boundless Rage (more maximum Rage), Raging Blows and Precision. Protection gains Bastion, Vanguard (Charge in Defensive Stance) and Focused Rage. Outside the trees, Victory Rush is a trained ability from level 20. Click a talent to add a point; the page address keeps your build, so you can share it.

The three 31-point talents

Each tree's bottom row opens after 30 points in that tree, so the 31st point buys its capstone.

Warrior FAQ

Is Mortal Strike still a talent in WoW Forever?
Yes. In beta build 1.60.1.70205 Mortal Strike is still the Arms 31-point talent and needs Sweeping Strikes first. Tooltip: “A vicious strike that deals weapon damage plus 85 and wounds the target, reducing the effectiveness of any healing by 50% for 10 sec.”
What replaced Sword, Mace and Axe Specialization?
A single Arms talent, Weaponmaster, unlocked at 20 points. At max rank the beta tooltip reads: “Gives your melee weapon attacks a benefit depending on the weapon. Axe/Polearm: Increases your critical strike chance by 5%. Mace/Staff: Your attacks ignore 15% of your target's armor. Sword: Your successful melee attacks have a 5% chance to trigger an extra attack on the target.”
Do Warriors get Victory Rush in WoW Forever?
Yes, as a trained ability: the beta client lists Victory Rush for Warriors from level 20 (the client's minimum spell level; trainer levels are not in the client). It has no talent requirement. Tooltip: “Instantly attack the target causing [?] damage and healing you for 10% of your maximum health. Only useable within 20 sec after you kill a non-trivial enemy.”

About the data

Forever talents, ranks and tooltips are read from the beta client (build 1.60.1.70205); the Classic comparison uses the Classic Era client (build 1.15.9.70003). Both come from wago.tools. Talents can still change before the November 4, 2026 launch. Last updated 2026-10-02.
